The structural integrity of the piece. If it cracks, splits, or breaks under normal use due to a craft defect, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

The inlay work will not lift, chip, or fall out due to craftsmanship issues. If it does, we cover the repair or replacement for life.

What is not covered

Our lifetime guarantee does not cover:

Hardware, channels, Hinges, clasps, locks, handles, screws, and other metal fittings are subject to natural wear and deterioration over time. These can b replaced at a reasonable cost.

Accidental damage - Damage caused by drops, misuse, water exposure, or improper care.

Normal wear & ageing - Natural changes in surface, surface scratches, or colour changes that develop with use and age.
