How long will my order take to arrive?

We can deliver within 48 hours in Victoria for other states we use delivery partners which can take 5-7 working days, subject to your availability. Please note that someone will need to be home at the time of delivery, as we are unable to leave the item unattended. Choose a delivery window that works for you, and leave the rest to us

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is billed separately after purchase at the following flat rates:• Victoria: $49/ NSW, Queensland, ACT & SA: $149

How quickly will you respond to my enquiry?

We're here when you need us. Expect a response to all emails and messages within two business hours, with phone support available daily from 9 am to 7 pm.

What payment methods do you accept.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Afterpay(buy now, pay later). All transactions are processed securely.

Can I get a refund if the product is faulty or the wrong item gets delivered?

Your peace of mind is our priority. We invite you to inspect your order upon delivery, and our team will only leave once you are completely satisfied. Should any quality concern arise later, a full refund is guaranteed.

Can I choose a delivery date and time window?

Yes, our team will reach out personally to confirm a date and time that suits you before your delivery is arranged. Once confirmed, you will receive both an SMS and email with your full delivery details and tracking information.

I haven't heard anything about my order, what do I do?

You shouldn't have to wonder. We send order confirmations, dispatch notifications and delivery updates automatically on sms and email. If you haven't received these, check your spam folder first.If there's a genuine delay with your order, we'll contact you before you need to contact us.

Will delivery team remove packaging?

Absolutely! Out team takes away all packaging with them. No rubbish left for you.

How do I know product is actually in stock?

What you see is what we have. Every product on our website is held in stock, ready for delivery. We intentionally do not offer backorders or pre-orders. Our curated, limited inventory means that when you order, your item is already waiting.

Are there any imperfections in handmade pieces?

Every Arya & Earth piece is individually crafted by generational artisans using traditional hand tools — no two are identical. You may notice faint surface marks, subtle texture variations, or minor tonal differences in the bone or mother-of-pearl inlay. These characteristics are intrinsic to authentic handwork and are considered part of the piece's character, not defects. If you have any concerns on arrival, we're always here to help.
