We offer free delivery to all major metro areas across Australia. We've partnered with trusted logistics providers to ensure your statement piece arrives safely and efficiently.
Free Premium Delivery – Melbourne Metro Only
We offer a complimentary premium delivery service within the Melbourne Metro area.
This includes:
- Ground floor delivery
- Unpacking of items
- Removal of all packaging and rubbish
- Please note:
Delivery is limited to ground floor only
For stairs or complex access, contact us prior to purchase (additional charges may apply)

Free Standard Delivery – Other Major Metro Areas
We offer free standard delivery to the following metro areas:
Sydney, Canberra, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Adelaide, and Perth.
Includes:
- Delivery to ground floor or front door
- No unpacking, setup, or rubbish removal
- Couriers will not carry items upstairs or through tight internal spaces
Estimated delivery time: 7–10 business days, depending on your distance from our Melbourne warehouse
Regional & Remote Areas – Delivery Charges Apply
For areas outside of major metro zones, delivery is not free.

Important Delivery Information
- Stairs & Access: If your location includes stairs, lifts, gated entries, or other restrictions, please inform us at checkout. Additional fees may apply.
- Authority to Leave (ATL): You may request the courier to leave your item in a safe place. Please note we are not liable for loss or damage of unattended items.
- Missed Deliveries: Failed or missed deliveries due to access issues may incur redelivery or handling fees.
