Melbourne Metro customers get White Glove Delivery covering ground-floor delivery, unpacking, and rubbish removal, with a 2–4 business day estimate (stairs or tricky access need to be flagged beforehand, as extra charges may apply).

Other major metros (Sydney, Perth, Canberra, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Adelaide) get FREE doorstep delivery, which covers ground floor or front door drop-off only, no unpacking or setup, within 7–10 business days.

For products that are 'Available to order' and not in stock, the delivery timeline is 4-6 weeks.

Arya & Earth accepts returns on new, unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Defective or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours, with photos and a video of the issue.

Change-of-mind returns are allowed within 30 days, but the customer pays return shipping and a non-negotiable $150 restocking fee; no exchanges are offered. All returns must be dropped off at a designated location after approval, and refunds are only issued following inspection, within 5 business days.

Items not meeting return standards may receive a partial, reduced, or no refund at Arya & Earth's discretion. Rights under Australian Consumer Law for major defects remain unaffected.

Bone & Mother of Pearl Inlay

Care for your bone inlay piece by dusting regularly with a soft, dry cloth, and using a lightly dampened cloth (dried immediately) for cleaning, no chemicals or abrasives. Protect the surface from heat and moisture with coasters or mats, and keep it away from direct sunlight and humidity. Prevent scratches by using soft pads under decorative items and avoiding sharp objects nearby. Wooden parts can be polished occasionally, but keep polish away from the inlay itself. With mindful care, the piece will stay timelessly elegant.
