Returns & Refunds
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, but store credit may be issued if you contact us within 48 hours of delivery and the item is returned unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Return shipping is at your expense, and the original delivery cost will be deducted from the store credit, even if the shipping was free.
Exchanges are possible under the same conditions, with both return and redelivery costs covered by you.
For damaged or faulty items, contact us within 48 hours with photos, videos and a description. If approved, we’ll offer a replacement or a full refund (if a replacement isn’t available). All returns and exchanges must be pre-approved and sent back in original condition or they may not be accepted.
Instruction Guide
Hanging on a Wall Stud (Recommended for Heavy Mirrors):
1. Use a stud finder to locate a wooden stud in your wall.
2. Once found, mark the spot and drill your screw or hook directly into the stud for maximum support and stability.
Using Drywall Anchors (If No Stud Is Available):
1. If a stud isn’t in the desired location, use heavy-duty drywall anchors or toggle bolts.
2. Mark your preferred spot, drill a pilot hole, insert the anchor.
3. Then screw in your hook or mounting hardware to safely hold the mirror in place.
You can find Drywall screws or alternatives at your local bunnings.
